best beauty gift sets christmas

If you saw last Sunday's blog post, The Best Books To Gift This Christmas, you will know that this year I am doing a few different Christmas gift guides. And today I'm here with the second, where I'm sharing the top 10 best beauty gift sets available this year.

The Drunk Elephant Trunk 4.0 (see my review here) and Soap & Glory's The Square Necessities Boots Star Gift (see my review here) would obviously make the top 10. But since I've dedicated full blog posts to them, I wanted to focus on my other top 10 picks this year when it comes to beauty gift sets.

SHOP THE POST

So whether you're buying for someone (or yourself) who loves skincare, makeup, bodycare or beauty in general. You'll find a few different options for them in today's gift guide. And here they are, from £75 all the way down to £15;

bobbi brown signature brush collection

Bobbi Brown Signature Brush Collection (£75)

I've tried many different brands when it comes to makeup brushes over the years. But the ones that I use each and every time that I apply makeup are Bobbi Brown's. Their Full Coverage Face Brush and Full Coverage Touch Up Brush really are my ride or dies, when it comes to my brush collection.

Their Signature Brush Collection, which is limited edition for Christmas 2020, is worth £158. And it contains every brush that you could need. Whether you're a makeup pro or looking for brushes to give you that pro finish. They come housed in a gorgeous faux leather case. And I love the box design too. If you haven't tried Bobbi Brown's makeup brushes before, this is the set to do just that!

lush snow fairy christmas gift box

Lush Fairy Christmas Gift Set (£65)

Snow Fairy fans rejoice! The cult and limited edition favourite is back. And it's back with a bang, in what is easily my top beauty gift set pick this year! If you or the person you're buying for loves the super sweet Snow Fairy scent, do not hesitate in grabbing the gift set to beat all other gift sets, for me this year.

The Fairy Christmas gift set includes Snow Fairy in the form of the body spray, shower gel, body conditioner, dusting powder, shampoo bar, bath bomb and bubble bar. Of which the last few are completely new for Christmas 2020. I cannot wait to smell of all things Snow Fairy for the forseeable!

charlotte tilbury magic skin secrets

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Skin Secrets (£50)

Like most years, I couldn't pick just one Charlotte Tilbury gift set to include. And even though I could easily recommend the entire gifting range that she has this year. My two favourites are all about skincare and Pillow Talk respectively.

You've seen me rave about Charlotte Tilbury's skincare in the past (such as here and here). And the Magic Skin Secrets set is a great way to try out many of the products without having to spend a crazy amount to do so. The set includes the iconic Magic Cream, the incredible Wonder Glow, the newly released Magic Serum and one of my all-time favourite face masks; the Goddess Skin Clay Mask. This is another gift set that I cannot recommend highly enough.

charlotte tilbury pillow talk lip secrets set

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lip Secrets (£40)

Again, much like the Magic Skin Secrets, I was absolutely blown away by this gift set. If you know and love CT's award winning Pillow Talk lipstick/liner. Or if you've always wanted to try them out, this is the gift set for you!

Not only does it include a full size of the Pillow Talk lipstick. But it also includes the original and much loved/lauded lip liner, the Collagen Lip Bath and the new Jewel Lips in the Pillow Talk shades too. In this one gift set you literally have every product that you could ever need to take your lips from daytime to nighttime to anywhere in between. And I just love the way that it's been packaged up too.

too faced cinnamon bear

Too Faced Cinnamon Bear Eye, Cheek & Lip Collection (£36)

Too Faced always go all out with their holiday gifting offerings. And I love the variety that they've come out with this year. They always do great palette gift sets. But the shades and pigmentation in this one made it my top Too Faced pick this year.

In addition to the eye and cheek palette, you also get a full size Melted Matte Liquified Lipstick in the limited edition Cinnamon Bear shade. And a great makeup bag. I mean, how adorable is the cinnamon bear theming?! I actually like that it's not overtly Christmas-sy, as it makes it a palette and lipstick that you'll want to reach for all year round.

dr jart+ all thanks to cera set

Dr Jart+ All Thanks To Cera Set (£31)

Dr Jart+'s Ceramidin is a cult favourite for a reason. It's intensely nourishing for those of us with dry/dehydrated skin. It's packed with ceramides. It improves the skin barrier, particularly if you've damaged or compromised it. And it gives the skin so much comfort. A full size Ceramidin Cream costs £35.50. So the fact that you are getting that plus a full size sheet mask and minis of the Ceramidin Serum and Ceramidin Liquid, all for £31 (or potentially less), is absolutely unreal.

I bought mine from ASOS during one of their 20% off days. Which made it even more affordable at less than £25. If you or the person you're buying for this Christmas has dry or irritable skin, I would grab this set whilst you still can.

fenty beauty glossy posse holodaze

Fenty Beauty Glossy Posse: Holo'daze Edition (£30)

The Fenty Beauty Glossy Posse was one of my top beauty gift sets last year (see the blog post here). And for 2020 it's back with four brand new shades, all of which are exclusive to this gift set. The Fenty Beauty Gloss Bombs are without a doubt some of the best lip glosses on the market. They aren't crazy sticky and the sheen and shimmer that they give to your lips truly is out of this world.

I bought mine from Boots when they were doing their spend £50 get £10 worth of Advantage Card points back. But you'll also find the Glossy Posse Holo'daze set at Harvey Nichols, here in the UK.

pixi gift of tonics

Pixi Gift Of Tonics! (£24)

If, for some reason, you haven't yet tried Pixi's iconic Glow Tonic or two of the latest releases, the Retinol Tonic or the Vitamin-C Tonic (see my review of that one here), this is the set for you! With three 100ml bottles, you or the person you gift these to, will be able to properly put these game-changing toners to the test.

This would also be such a great gift to get if you're looking for stocking fillers too, as you could split up the three tonics for three different people. But more on stocking fillers next Sunday, in my The Best Beauty Stocking Fillers gift guide. I am also very into the Pixi glittery holiday gift packaging this year!

soap and glory pinkly the best

Soap & Glory Pinkly The Best Gift Set (£20)

Soap & Glory always do a great Christmas gift set and this year is no different. If you didn't manage to get your hands on this year's Boots Star Gift, this Pinkly The Best set is a great alternative. Plus it's only £20 and you get six full size products! I mean, talk about value for money!

Whether you're looking to stock up on some of your favourites or are looking for a gift set that will go down well with so many different people, you really can't go wrong with this set. It's also part of the Boots 3 for 2 Christmas mix and match deal. So if you're buying a few different gifts from there, you will get the third one free. Which is a definite bonus. And you can accrue Boots Advantage Card points too!

the body shop lather and smooth snow globe

The Body Shop Lather & Smooth Snow Globe Gift Set (£15)

Last but not least we have the cutest and most affordable of the beauty gift sets available this year. This gift set from The Body Shop contains minis of some of my favourite products from them in two great scents; strawberry and banana. You'll find everything that you could possibly need for a trip away (fingers crossed that things start to go back to normal in 2021), with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body butter and an adorable little lip butter.

The metal snow globe packaging that this gift set comes in is just too good! It instantly made me smile when I saw it. And when you've taken the products out, it can be reused as a money bank, which is just brilliant.

Which beauty gift sets have caught your eye this year? What do you think of my top 10 picks? And what is on your Christmas list this year?
