March seemed to fly by & even though we had to can March seemed to fly by & even though we had to cancel our trip to Manchester for my mum’s birthday because of the cancelled trains, we still managed to celebrate. 🌷 Getting a much needed serotonin boost from the few days of blue skies and sunshine, as well as the lighter evenings has been such a game changer, too, as has seeing all the beautiful spring flowers fully emerge. A belated Mother’s Day/65th birthday celebration f A belated Mother’s Day/65th birthday celebration for my mum yesterday at the Glasgow Lush Spa! 🥰 It was my mum’s first time at the Glasgow spa & she absolutely adored the Rewilding Facial! It was so nice to switch off & spend the morning having a real pamper. Then it was time to get our hair done at the incredible Shsmpoo Bar! 💁🏻‍♀️ If you didn’t already know, you can get your hair washed & styled & we couldn’t have been more impressed! From the tailored consultation to the completely lie flat beds for having your hair washed, definitely something to look into if you have a special occasion coming up. Since I’m all about embracing my natural curls at the moment, me & my stylist leaned into that & I can’t wait to try out some of the techniques at home, while my mum went for a classic bouncy blow dry! If you enjoy a great thriller, you’ll be intrigued to know that this is Harriet’s favourite book that she’s released so far & it’s got a Scottish setting too! 👀
