With Valentine's and Galentine's Day less than a week away, I thought that I would share some of my favourite last minute gift ideas with you today. Beauty favourites
Some of my favourite brands and stores have put together some wonderful beauty gift sets for Valentine's Day, containing everything from fragrances and face toner, to makeup and haircare. I've also included a few must-try buys that I've loved using over the past year, as well as some items that are on my wishlist.
The Space NK Valentine's Day Edit is my very top pick and the brand new Jo Malone Taif Rose Cologne Intense smells absolutely incredible and would be such a treat. The latest romance book releases
It's probably not all too surprising that I'm recommending romance books for Galentine's and Valentine's day. But this year there have been so many great romance releases in January and February. From The Favourites and First Time Caller (both of which were five-star reads for me) to new releases from Ali Hazelwood, Sarah Adams and Hannah Bonam-Young, these are the ones to keep in mind when you next go book shopping.
Little trinkets and home bits
You can't go wrong with some little trinkets and bits for the home. Of course, it's really fun when you lean into the red and pink aesthetic, and they'll add something a bit whimsical and fun to your space all year round. I mean, how adorable is Slip's floral silk pillowcase and I think the ruffled gingham Damson Madder placemats need to make their way into my life ASAP.
Fashion and style
Finally, I've embraced hearts, which just so happen to be one of my favourite prints, along with pink and red to add something to their wardrobe and everyday outfits.
