Drunk Elephant are one of those brands, along with the likes of Glossier and Charlotte Tilbury, who I follow almost religiously. Any time that they release a new product or gift set, I am there ready to part with my money. That's how much I trust and simply adore these brands.
So when Drunk Elephant released a whole hair and body line, I knew that I would have to pick up some bits. But given that they were released just before the uncertainty that is lockdown, I wasn't exactly as keen as normal to part with ££. But then they do what they do so well and released a travel sized kit. And I ended up racing to add it to my online basket. So here we have;

You've seen me rave about the skincare version of The Littles before. So it made perfect sense for me to grab this one too. As always, it's a great way to try lots of their products without having to invest too much money.
And even though it looks like I won't be travelling anywhere exciting or outwith Scotland this year, I love having lots of little travel sizes of some of my favourite products to take away with me on any trips.

The next time I'm packing my Space NK travel bag, these will be joining the skincare Littles that I already take everywhere with me. And how adorable are the little shrunken down sizes?!

I must start by saying that the haircare range has been created in collaboration with celebrity hairstylist Chris McMillan. He was the man to create the infamous "Rachel" hairstyle and works with countless celebrities to this day.
T.L.C. Happi Scalp Scrub
Now I've got to admit, when I first saw the new hair and body releases, the one product that I could not wait to try was the scalp scrub. As someone with dehydrated skin, I often suffer from a dry, flaky scalp. And as soon as I saw the letters T.L.C. (the same as my favourite Framboos Night Serum), I was even more intrigued.
The first thing that I noticed after applying this was the relief that it gave my often itchy feeling scalp. The mixture of physical bead-style exfoliation and chemical AHA/BHA exfoliation works really well. You do need to part your hair where you'd like to apply it, otherwise it can be pretty tricky to be as precise as you might like. But the nozzle does definitely help. I would also easily recommend trying this if you're prone to product build up on your scalp. Definitely something that I will now be using as a weekly or even bi-monthly sort of treatment.
And whilst this is marketed as a scalp scrub, it can also be used on the body or the face, as Wayne Goss does. This makes it even more of a must-try.
Cocomino Glossing Shampoo
The Cocomino scent that both the shampoo and conditioner (and the rest of the hair and body products) share, is delicious. Think almonds and marzipan, in the best way. If you've been looking to go sulfate-free when it comes to your hair, this is a great way to do so.
It does say just to wash your hair once with this, which I was rather skeptical of. And even though I tried my best to, I just feel more comfortable washing twice with shampoo. It's also quite thin, in consistency, compared to other shampoos that I've used. But it left my hair clean and soft. I'm not sure if I would purchase the full size right away but I have enjoyed using it.
Cocomino Marula Cream Conditioner
Much like the shampoo, this is a much thinner consistency than most conditioners that I'm used to. But that has to be why this feels so lightweight on the hair. Most conditioners that I've tried just weigh the hair down so much that I don't use them. Whereas I definitely didn't have that problem with this one.
It also seemed to work wonders on my dry ends, which I wasn't expecting. So if you're trying to space out the amount of time between hairdressers appointments, this could definitely be something to try.
Wild Marula Tangle Spray
After seeing incredible reviews of this product on Space NK, I was also so keen to give to give this one a try. Growing up, with thick curly ringlets, tangles were the bane of my life. I vividly remember crying on many an occasion as my Dad attempted to tame my hair before school. So whenever I see the words tangle, I'm always intrigued to see if this will be the product to truly help with them.
I will say, thanks to the discovery of the genius Tangle Teezer and Wetbrush, I rarely even flinch when brushing my hair now. But what I really like about this spray, is that your hair does not feel laden with product. Often sprays like these leave my hair feeling greasy straight away. Whereas, it barely feels like anything has even been applied to my hair once it's dry. It also seems to add some much needed moisture into my frizzy hair, which was a surprising bonus. Plus, with this kit you get the added extra of a great neon Marula Comb, which definitely comes in handy.
Sweet Pitti Deodorant Cream
For years now I've been saying to myself that I need to start using a more natural deodorant. But for some reason or another I always pick up the same sorts of roll ons at the likes of Boots and Superdrug. So when I found out that Drunk Elephant were releasing a deodorant, I was instantly on board.
Now I have to start by saying that I've never tried a deodorant quite like this one before. When I first took the cap off I was surprised by what I was met with. I was a little bit concerned, that like other natural deodorants, it wouldn't mask sweat or odour as efficiently. But I was really pleasantly surprised. It also, like the rest of the range, smells incredible.
It did take me a few days to get used to applying it with my fingers. Which would probably be my only bugbear with it. Plus, the full size is £13, which feels reasonable for what you get. And I'll definitely be buying that going forward.
Kamili Cream Body Cleanser
Now again, I have to admit that I rarely spend more than a few pounds on body wash. It's one of those products that is, of course, vital to everyday life. But it's a pretty boring one at that.
Sadly the beautiful marizapn scent doesn't linger as much as I'd like it to with this. But it is great for anyone with sensitive skin or skin that can be aggravated by certain products. But at £17 for the full size bottle, this would definitely be more of a treat for me than an everyday item. That's when it comes to being a body cleanser though. As I already mentioned, in Wayne Goss' YouTube video he says that he uses this as face cleanser. So I'll definitely be giving it a try as that very soon.
Sili Body Lotion
This is a lovely body lotion, with a subtle scent to it. So if you were worried that it would be too sweet to wear all over, it certainly isn't. I tend to use pretty heavy duty body lotions because of how dehydrated my skin is. Plus I also have keratosis pilaris, a condition that basically gives me goosebumps 24/7. So for me, it wasn't quite as moisturising as I needed it to be.
But for the average person, looking for a body lotion, I think this would be a great pick. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a greasy or sticky residue. And if I lived in warmer climates, this would be ideal. I'll 100% be taking this with me on my next trip to Florida *hopefully next year*.
