As a huge fan of all things Charlotte Tilbury, I am always immensely excited when she releases a new product or collection. So you can imagine just how over the moon I was when this surprise release arrived at my door a week or so ago.
I seriously was not expecting another fabulous release, particularly when the magic gift shop had taken up all of my attention. I mean, have you seen some of this year's gift sets?! But I am more than happy to have another dreamy Charlotte Tilbury release on the market.
So let's see exactly what the new Easy Eye Palette in Charlotte Darling* is all about;

The first thing that struck me was how stunning the shades are. As someone who loves rose gold and coppery tones, I am 100% here for this palette. There's also a great mix of mattes and shimmers and the shades compliment each other so well.
As always with Charlotte's shadows, they are incredibly pigmented and buttery smooth to the touch. They also blend beautifully and Prime shades (number 1 and 4) add such a pop to the eyes.
If you've ever seen Charlotte's larger Christmas limited edition eyeshadow palettes (this year's is the Starry Eyes To Hypnotise palette), you'll know that she often groups the shades into specific looks. Taking you from day to desk to date and beyond. But that doesn't mean that you can't mix and match them as well.
I always find it incredibly helpful to see the order laid out in layman's terms. So whether you're a makeup master or novice, you really can't go wrong with one of her palettes.
Charlotte Darling also features some of the sold out shades from last year's larger Christmas palette, the Stars In Your Eyes palette, which has got to be my favourite eyeshadow palette of all time. So if you missed that one, I really do implore you to pick this one up.
I also adore the size of this little palette. I don't know about you but all of my eyeshadow palettes are far too big to ever contemplate taking with me on my travels. And this one will definitely be coming with me on my next trip somewhere exciting.
So there you have it, Charlotte has hit it out of the park once again!
