If you know me, you will know that I much prefer more natural makeup, especially as anything too bright or harsh looks way too much on my super fair, freckly skin. So, as soon as I saw Rare Beauty on Selena Gomez's Instagram I was immediately intrigued. Once it launched here in the UK at Space NK, I immediately made sure to visit my local store to get swatching and trying things out. And lets just say, I'm a fan, as this blog post will showcase. So, today I'm sharing the best Rare Beauty products that I've tried so far. And there are some products that you don't want to miss out on.

So, here they are, the best Rare Beauty products;

Rare Beauty Positive Light Under Eye Brightener in Light (£23)
Now, this is my most recent discovery and it might already be the best Rare Beauty product that I've tried. This is almost like a corrector and a concealer in one. But instead of looking heavy or cakey, it instantly brightens your under eye area. The metal tip applicator feels lovely and cooling on the skin and I only need three dots of product under my eyes to make such a huge difference. On no makeup type days I don't even bother following it up with a concealer or foundation, it looks that good. Honestly, if you try just one product from today's blog post, make it this one.
Rare Beauty Liquid Touch Brightening Concealer in 100N (£21)
For days when I do need a bit more coverage or have some redness or blemishes that I want to conceal, this is what I reach for. The fact that the 100N shade is a perfect match for me and my skin tone still blows my mind. It doesn't cling to any texture or dry areas, with it feeling quite hydrating. And because it looks so natural, it is buildable if you need it to be. It's a great concealer that I would definitely be adding to my list of the best concealers for super pale or fair skin, if I was to do a 2023 update.

Rare Beauty Always An Optimist 4-in-1 Mist (£26)
I'm going to be honest, up until recently I didn't really see the point in using a mist. I don't really wear makeup that needs to be fixed in place. But after seeing everyone rave about this on social media, I decided to give it a try and boy, am I glad that I did. It allows you to set your makeup, hydrate your skin, prime it and refresh it throughout the day. And what I truly love is that this spray gives you an even spritz, instead of going everywhere. My skin looks glowier whenever I use this and I'm now 100% converted to using such a product as part of my makeup and skincare routine.
Rare Beauty Liquid Touch Foundation Brush (£27)
If you saw my review of the Rare Beauty Positive Light Tinted Moisturiser, you will know that this is another one of the best Rare Beauty products out there. But instead of including it again in this list, I wanted to shine a light on the fantastic foundation brush that I use to apply it. The angle of this brush is pretty much perfection, when it comes to applying your foundation effortlessly. The bristles are super soft and you don't get left with any streaks on your face either. This is easily the best foundation brush that I have ever tried and it makes application so quick and easy.

Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in Hope (£22)
Now, they really were not playing around when they made this liquid blush. Honestly, it is the most pigmented blush that I have ever seen or tried. And because of this, this is another must-try product from the brand. There are a great array of colours to choose from. But the shade Hope works the best for me and my super pale freckly skin. As you only need the tiniest of dots to add some serious colour to your cheeks, this will easily last me a very, very long time.
Rare Beauty Silky Touch Highlighter in Enlighten (£24)
Another absolutely beautiful product, there's a reason that this highlighter keeps selling out. The shade Enlighten leaves a gorgeous glow to my skin and truly is silky when it comes to the application. For those of us that were obsessed with BECCA's Shimmering Skin Perfector, this has got to be your new alternative. It blends seamlessly and as I've come to expect from Rare Beauty, a little goes a long way. I simply can't rave about this highlighter enough.

Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara (£19)
If you're looking for a natural looking mascara that doesn't clump, smudge or move, this is it. It really doesn't feel like I'm wearing mascara when I have this on, it's that lightweight. It's also a true black shade and actually makes my lashes look that bit longer. Which, even though this isn't something that I'm actively looking for when I buy a mascara, was a nice surprise.
Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner (£20)
Over the years I've stayed pretty loyal to my favourite Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner. But since this one came with the Rare Beauty Mascara in this set, I was happy to give it a try. And it is now right up there with the Stila one, for me. What I really like is the tip. It's incredibly precise and brush-like. The formula is a true-black shade, yet again and it doesn't smudge either. You will need to double cleanse or use an oil based cleanser when you go to remove it, as it does not budge. But that's not necessarily a bad thing, given how much it stays put.

Rare Beauty Kind Words Lip Liner in Humble (£14)
Last but not least we have two complimentary products both in a gorgeous shade. I probably wear lip liner more than I wear lipstick, solely because I either liner my lips and then use a gloss or because I fill my lips in with the liner. So, I certainly reach for the lip liner more than the lipstick. But they both work brilliantly together. They're also super creamy and comfortable to wear all day long.
Rare Beauty Kind Words Lipstick in Humble (£19)
And this is probably one of the best matte lipsticks that I have ever used. Given that I have quite dry lips that can get chapped in the cold weather, this formula doesn't cling to or exaggerate these issues at all. Again, it's easy to apply and I am tempted to pick up another shade in both the lipstick and lip liner very soon.
So, those are the best Rare Beauty products that I have tried so far. I've got no doubt that the next product or products that they release will be equally as impressive as well.

Have you tried anything from Rare Beauty yet? If so, what product or products are your favourite? And have any of the products in today's blog post caught your eye?
