The Righteous Butter was the very first Soap & Glory product that I ever tried. It was also the first that I fell completely head over heels in love with. And it is the reason that I became as enamored with the brand as I did. If you've been reading Ellis Tuesday since the very beginning then you might remember me raving about this body lotion on more than a couple of occasions. And it seems that I'm not the only one who's absolutely besotted with the creamy and luxurious lotion that is The Righteous Butter.

The original Righteous Butter
Not only does it have a 5 Star rating on Boots (and that's with over 200 reviews). But one tub is sold every 20 seconds which is a feat in and of itself. As I mentioned, I've raved about it time and time again and for good reason. It really has done wonders on my dry and dehydrated skin. And that's why it's the one body lotion that I've continued to use since I discovered it.

The Righteous Butter Instant Sunkissed Tint Body Lotion
And as if the original The Righteous Butter wasn't incredible enough, Soap & Glory have just released a sunkissed version of my very favourite body lotion. Which is definitely the perfect product for Summer and for anyone who's a fan of gradual self-tanning.
If you're looking for a natural and instant tint of colour then the brand new The Righteous Butter Sunkissed Tint Body Lotion* is the product for you. What I really adore about this new take on the original Righteous Butter is the fact that it has a wash-off formula.

For me this is a big bonus as I'm not one to readily commit to a spot of self-tanning or too dark a shade. And as you can see, it does come out of the tube looking pretty dark. But fear not as it really does blend in to give you a natural looking hint of colour.

It's honestly just so natural looking, which is something that can't always be said for products like these on my incredibly pale skin tone. It gives my Casper The Friendly Ghost style skin a boost and a beautiful lift. It's also got that trademark Righteous Butter scent. If you've not smelled it yet then I really urge you to. Plus how amazing does it look with my spectacular Barebaroque jewellery tattoo? More on that in another post later this month.
Are you as obsessed with The Righteous Butter as I am? What do you think of the new Sunkissed version of the lotion? And what's your favourite product or products from the Soap & Glory range?
