Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker XL Lip Plumping Gloss (£10)
If you read my post on the Benefit Dandelion lip gloss. Then you will already know that I'm not the biggest fan of lip glosses. The majority that I've tried over the years have been pretty disappointing. Either because they end up a sticky mess or because they last about five minutes. So I'm always looking out for lip glosses that thoroughly impress me. And this Soap & Glory plumping gloss definitely falls into that category.
I spent most of my teenage years wearing a tingly mint flavoured lip gloss, which as far as I can remember was from the FCUK beauty range in Boots. Does anyone remember this gloss? I think every girl in my high school was obsessed with it. Myself included. As a result of this I'm quite used to the almost pins and needles effect that some of these lip plumping products are famous for. This certainly has a significant tingling effect on the lips. One that tends to last for about ten minutes after application. When this was happening I checked out my lips in the mirror to find that the gloss was already starting to puff up my lips in a noticeable fashion.
I think if you're not a fan of lip plumping products or you have had a problem with them in the past. Then you may want to try this out at your local Boots or Sephora before you purchase it.
Again, I've been completely won over by the smell of this product. Soap & Glory really know what they are doing when it comes to the scents of their different product lines. This shade, Pink Out Loud, smells just like strawberries and cream and has a taste to match. It's simply amazing!

My final thoughts
Overall I was really impressed with this lip gloss. It definitely gave my lips an added boost. And it does what it says on the tube. It also had the added benefit of leaving my lips feeling baby soft even after the gloss had worn off. From what I've tried from Soap & Glory so far, they are all about the moisturising aspect of their products. I can't wait to try out more of the Soap & Glory make up range. I've already got my eye on the Sexy Mother Pucker gloss sticks.
