If you read last month's Look Fantastic Beauty Box review, you might remember just how excited I've been for the Christmas edition to arrive at my door. I've been eagerly awaiting it and I did my very best to avoid all spoilers until I had a chance to open mine and it's safe to say that it was certainly worth the wait. This is by far the best beauty box that I have ever received and that really is saying something.
First of all, who wouldn't love a beauty box that features a fantastic Molton Brown body wash and a Japanese Orange one at that? It just smells so luxurious and festive. The Eve Lom Morning Time Cleanser ups the luxury factor of the box as does the Codage Serum. But what really made me smile when I first opened this month's box was the inclusion of a mini Wet Brush. The original Wet Brush is a real beauty staple of mine, one that I don't think that I could go without now, so to have a little mini version of my beloved Wet Brush in a gorgeous purple shade is fantastic. Then we have a stunning sparkly Lord & Berry eye pencil which is perfect for party season and talking of party make-up must-haves, if you saw my post on just that, then you already know my thoughts on the Eylure Exaggerate lashes.
For me, the Christmas box really encapsulates everything that I love about the festive season. From taking a relaxing bath on a cold and blustery Winter afternoon, to getting all dressed up for a Christmas party, to the aftermath that is the next day where a good cleanser and serum are real godsends; the Look Fantastic Christmas Edition definitely has me covered.
And how incredible does the box itself look? I've been loving the new Look Fantastic Beauty Box designs (as you will have seen in my reviews of Box No. 1 and Box No. 2) and this golden snowflake design takes that adoration to the next level. Clearly many others agreed with me, as this month's box sold out just 11 days into December. To make sure that you don't miss out on the January box, which I hear has over £50 worth of fabulous products, be sure to place a pre-order. Or why not treat yourself to a Look Fantastic Beauty Box subscription while you're at it? There's plenty of savings to be had doing it that way.
So what do you think of the Christmas Edition of the Look Fantastic Beauty Box? Have you tried any of the products in this month's box? If so, what are your thoughts on them? And what would your dream beauty box comprise of?
