Did you know that @makiramen has arrived @frasersp Did you know that @makiramen has arrived @frasersplusbraehead?
I was invited along to sample some of the menu & me & my mum had the best time!
Our personal highlights:
Mine:
We both loved the Volcano mocktail (the blend of rhubarb & orange juice was so good!)
The chicken yakisoba was fantastic but the spicy chicken teriyaki side was so juicy
If you like matcha, the chocolate matcha brownie was fab & had a real taste of matcha
Don’t skip the mochi ice cream either
My mum’s:
My mum’s first steak tataki was a big hit
She also loved the dynamite (& properly spicy) prawns
The banana fritter was a must order for her too
And if you like coconut, the Aomori Snowfall mocktail was her favourite of the evening
Have you been before?

I always look forward to the first days of autumn I always look forward to the first days of autumn & September was such a fun month!
From seeing Hilary Duff (& singing the songs that I used to belt out in my bedroom almost 20 years ago!), to having two fantastic overnight stays in Manchester & Glasgow, I’ve already started to cosy up & reacquaint myself with my fluffy fleeces & knits.
So, here was September…
I’m taking you on a little book-inspired afternoon I’m taking you on a little book-inspired afternoon in Glasgow, while highlighting how I’m interpreting the Poetcore trend, with @veryuk over on the blog today (link in bio)! 📚
Who else is also excited for all things autumn/winter fashion?
With @sephorauk officially arriving in Scotland (@ With @sephorauk officially arriving in Scotland (@shopsilverburn & @westfieldstjamesquarter), I obviously had to share some of my top picks & the products at the top of my wishlist…
Have you tried any of them? Or what are your favourite brands to shop at Sephora?

I still can’t quite believe that this was a librar I still can’t quite believe that this was a library!
I’ve been meaning to visit The John Rylands Library in Manchester each time that I’ve found myself in the city, but I’ve always been there on the days that it’s closed, so to have a good wander around yesterday really did have me in awe. 😍
What a space!
