On Wednesday I paid a visit to my local shopping centre. And despite it being midday, midweek and in the middle of November. It was already getting a little too busy for my liking. But I had to make sure to stop and get a photograph (despite being completely sans make-up) taken in front of the Christmas Tree come Santa's Grotto set-up. Especially as I was wearing my brand new Christmas jumper from New Look.As soon as I saw this one when looking through the New Look Christmas jumpers. I knew that it was the perfect one for me. Not only is it incredibly soft and cosy (you really have to get yourself down to New Look and give this a feel for yourself). But it's also pretty refined. Which I adore as it means that I will be able to wear it all winter long.
For me, a Christmas jumper immediately gets me into the festive mood. I wear mine on those cold, frosty mornings spent dashing around the shops in the lead up to the big day. As well as when I'm wrapping presents whilst simultaneously doing my best Mariah Carey impersonation 'All I want for Christmas is you' style.

And don't forget, Friday 12th of December marks National Christmas Jumper Day. Where every pound you give to Save The Children will be doubled by the UK government. So why not get your Christmas jumper ready well in advance of that date. To find out more (click here).
What do you think of the New Look Christmas jumpers? Are you a fan of the superbly tacky ones? Or do you prefer a more subtle and sophisticated Christmas jumper? I'd love to see what Christmas jumper you'll be wearing this festive season!
