glossier brow duo

Glossier's latest release is here and boy is it one that you need to know about. Say hello to Glossier Brow Flick.

Basically if you're looking for quick and easy brows, look no further!

You can also save £4 by buying the new Brow Flick product and Glossier's original brow hero, Boy Brow, in this duo.

So I put Glossier's Brow Duo to the test and here's what I thought;

SHOP THE POST

Let me first start by outlining my current brow routine. Currently it is the Charlotte Tilbury Brow Lift followed by the NYX Eyebrow Marker. So in that way, I am used to using more than one product to get my brows looking exactly how I like them.

Described as an eyebrow detailing pen, Brow Flick is a welcome addition to my makeup routine. My favourite brow product of all time, the NYX Eyebrow Marker was very sadly discontinued. And my current one is on the cusp of drying out. Thankfully Brow Flick immediately reminded me of that product. And it has quickly filled the eyebrow marker shaped hole in my makeup bag.

When Glossier say that this is long wearing and smudge proof, they aren't kidding. It really takes some serious rubbing to completely remove it at the end of the day. So I would say to try and be as precise as you can when you're applying it. It's also properly water resistant, even when I got caught in a downpour of rain.

If you haven't tried a precise brow product like this, where you can draw on each individual hair or brow stroke, just know that it is a serious gamechanger. And this is particularly true if you typically use brow pomades or powders.

Brow Flick is currently available in three shades; brown, blonde and black. I went for blonde.

Glossier Boy Brow in Clear

I've got a feeling that you'll already have heards a lot of good things about Boy Brow. With some people even naming it as their holy grail Glossier or brow product in general.

Glossier describe it as an eyebrow fluffer and shaper. And I've previously used it to keep my brows in place, without making them feel crispy. A lot of people use Boy Brow on its own, as you can get it in brown, blonde and black, as well as clear, which is the shade that I use.

I was initially a bit worried that the gel and running a spoolie over the set Brow Flick, might disrupt the colour underneath. But thankfully that didn't happen at all and a lot of that has to do with Brow Flick's staying power. If you've yet to give Boy Brow a try, I would definitely recommend doing so. And why not when you can now get the duo.

Boy Brow is currently available in four shades; clear, brown, blonde and black.

I do wonder if Glossier will ever expand the line to include an auburn or redhead shade. Although to be fair, most brow products that are meant to cater to redheads are too orange for me and my hair colour anyway.

What's your go-to brow product or products? Have you tried Glossier before? And if so, do you eagerly anticipate their next new release?
