After sharing my Valentine's Day gift guide earlier this year, I thought that it only made sense to do a Mother's Day gift guide too. Also, expect a Father's Day one later in the year. So today I'm sharing my favourite Mother's Day gifts and ideas. And I've included a mix of beauty, books, lifestyle, fashion and more. Which means that there should be something for every Mum out there, when it comes to what I've included.

So here are my top Mother's Day gifts ideas this year;

Would it be a gift guide if I didn't start it off with something special and limited edition from Lush? I don't think so. As always, they have an incredible range of Mother's Day products. But this Mum's Bathtime Favourites set really stood out to me this year.
I love it when they do gift sets in these fantastic gift boxes as it means that they can be used for storage thereafter. And this specific set comes packed with eight amazing bath bombs to truly treat your Mum.

A piece of jewellery can be a really lovely gift idea as it something that she will hold onto forever. One of our favourite brands for beautiful jewellery is Olivia Burton.
This dainty rose gold bracelet is absolutely gorgeous. It also comes with a lovely little gift box. And at £50, it's a pretty reasonable price for such a special piece.

My Mum is a huge fan of the L'Oreal skincare range and has been using it for years. And in the past couple of years they have brought out some incredible products, particularly when it comes to their Revitalift range. My Mum is a big fan of the following, with the funky eye serum and hyaluronic acid serum being two of her holy grail favourites.
She's also been keen to try the Dr Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Extra Strength Daily Peel, which you can find at Skinstation. If your Mum is a fan of an at home facial, this is something that should definitely be on her radar.
For other great skincare and body products and gift sets, you can't go wrong with something from The Body Shop. They have a great selection of Mother's Day gifts for a whole range of different Mums. And their products always smell so incredible.

If your Mum is anything like mine, she will no doubt be saying that she doesn't need anything this year. And that's when practical gifts come into play.
My Mum loves to burn a little tea light candle before she goes to bed, so this set from Yankee Candle will definitely make her smile. Her current makeup bag has also seen much better days, which is why I know she'll love this adorable little lilac scalloped one from Accessorize.
Have a think as to what your Mum has been saying she needs and bear this in mind when you start shopping. Especially if she is normally pretty tricky to buy for.

And speaking of bedtime routines, these Inviting Sleep Golden Milk Wellness Tea Bags are a great choice if your Mum struggles to nod off. Or if she likes to wind down with a nice cup of tea before bed. The accompanying Inviting Sleep Body Oil is lovely too.

As you probably already know, I always have at least one book on the go at any given time. And I got my Mum back into reading too. We love recommending books to one another. So here are a few that my Mum has read recently, as well as a couple that I have recommended to her.
BOOKS THAT BOTH YOU AND YOUR MUM WILL LOVE
Have you or your Mum read any of them already?

And if you're looking to really treat your Mum this year, a little splurge can be in order. Whether that's a voucher for a massage, a spa day, afternoon tea or even a day out somewhere exciting, an experience can make memories that you'll never forget.
My splurge for my Mum this year; this gorgeous heart print tote bag from Kate Spade New York. My Mum never treats herself to anything special. But I did spy her eyeing this in store a few months back. And she's been looking for a bag big enough to carry everything she needs. As well as to hopefully take travelling with us this year. So I can't wait to see what she thinks when she opens this up.
Have you bought your Mum a card or gift yet? Which of my ideas would your Mum love the most? And do you normally struggle for what to buy her?
