Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Summer Must-Haves

Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Review

I don't know about you but when it comes to Soap & Glory it's all about Sugar Crush for me. From the zesty and energising sweet lime scent to the hint of vanilla and smashed brown sugar, Sugar Crush is just so unique and instantly reminds me of the warmer months for some reason. Up until recently, us Sugar Crush-a-holics had been limited to two products with our favourite scent, the body scrub and the body buttercream, so you can imagine just how excited I was when I found out that Soap & Glory would be adding to the Sugar Crush range.

Today I'm featuring two of the three new Sugar Crush releases, with the third being a brilliant fragrance mist in a bright yellow glass bottle, similar to the Orangeasm Super Tonic that I reviewed last summer (link here). Oh and you can also get a gift set which features a travel sized Sugar Crush Body Wash and Buttercream. Soap & Glory really are spoiling us Sugar Crush fans now aren't they?

But back to the two Sugar Crush products that I'm reviewing today, starting with the fantastically inexpensive body spray;

Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Spray

Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Spray* £4

In case you don't already know, Soap & Glory have released five brand new body sprays, all of which are just £4! You'll find Original Pink, Mist You Madly, Orangeasm and Fruitigo in addition to the Sugar Crush spray.

The burst of fragrance from this body spray is unbelievable. Obviously, as it's a body spray it doesn't last as long as a traditional perfume would but I did find that it lasted a good few hours before I felt the need to reapply.

And what I really love about the body spray is the fact that it's housed in a perfectly sized plastic bottle. This means that I can easily carry it around with me in my handbag without worrying that it might burst or shatter. For £4 you really can't go wrong with this product, so much so that I've already got my eye on a few more of the different fragrances.

Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Lotion

Soap & Glory Sugar Crush 3-In-1 Body Lotion* £10

Now this isn't as intensive as the Soap & Glory buttercreams but that's exactly what I like about this body lotion. The Sugar Crush scent, as I briefly mentioned above, is one that instantly makes me feel summery, so I have a feeling that it will be the kind of product that I smother myself in in the warmer months. I do prefer a slightly lighter lotion than the seriously intensive ones that I slather on in the winter and this fits the bill perfectly.

Again, it smells absolutely amazing! And it doesn't leave a slimy or sticky residue, which is always a big bonus for me when it comes to body lotions, especially ones that are on the slightly thinner side of things.

Are you a Sugar Crush-a-holic? And if not, what is your favourite Soap & Glory scent? And what's your favourite Soap & Glory product or products?

  7. I really wish I liked the Sugar Crush scent, it's the creamy lime I think - I prefer straight up fruity scents! I'm interested in trying the different scents of body spray now though - I didn't realise there were that many!
