Herbal Essences Bee Strong Strengthening Cream

Herbal Essences Bee Strong Strengthening Cream Was £4.79 Now £2.39

My hair was in dire need of some tender loving care a couple of months ago which led me to begin the search for a product to give me that added moisture to my hair as well as a repairing quality that I so desperately needed. This is when I first discovered the Bee Strong range from Herbal Essences. Since then I've only been using the Bee Strong Shampoo and the Alberto Balsam Tea Tree Tingle Shampoo which I have featured on here before, just so as to make sure my hair doesn't get too used to the one shampoo. After falling in love with the Bee Strong shampoo I remembered seeing a couple of other products in the Bee Strong range so I hotfooted it to the shops to see what else I could pick up. When the Boots 3 for 2 deal was on I just had to pick this up, even though I bought it out with the 3 for 2. Silly me! Hehe.

Aimed at those with damaged hair, this strengthening cream or leave in conditioner as it is billed on the Boots website, has really transformed my hair from it's lack-lustre and damaged state. As my hair had already improved vastly, as a result of using the Bee Strong shampoo in particular, I expected nothing less from this product and let's just say it did not disappoint! This gem of a product doesn't leave the hair feeling like it's laden with product either. Neither does it make it feel greasy or oily in the slightest, which was one of the things I was potentially worried about when I picked up this bottle. It also deals well with my frizzy hair on those days when it feels rather dry yet kinda candy-floss-ish. Don't you hate it when that happens? Candy floss hair is certainly not a style that works for me anyway.

Like the rest of the Bee Strong range this cream smells absolutely gorgeous. I could happily just sit and sniff the shampoo bottle it's such a dreamy scent but I guess that would be kind of weird? What do you think? Hehe.

I do have to say though, instead of spraying it into my hands, as it directs you to on the bottle, I spray it directly onto my hair when it's damp as it does take quite a bit of spraying into your hands before you really have enough to make a real impact on your hair. It's more of a mist of product instead of a heavy cream so it is really easy to build it up to the amount you need depending on how damaged you feel your hair is.

I don't think you necessarily need to use this product in conjunction with the Bee Strong shampoo and conditioner, as I also use this cream with my Alberto Balsam shampoo, but I certainly do recommend both the shampoo and the conditioner too. Now all I need to try out is the strengthening intensive mask to complete my Bee Strong collection. The fact that I just found out that Boots have 50% off the entire Herbal Essences range is certainly tempting me to order it right now. Hehe. I may need to stock up on the Bee Strong collection while I'm at it and maybe try a couple of other collections too. What are you doing to me Boots?!

Have you tried the Bee Strong range? If so, what do you think of it? Do you use leave in conditioners on a regular basis?
