Over the past couple of months I've been on my feet quite a bit. Whether it be from rushing around the shops doing my Christmas shopping. Or subsequently rushing around the shops doing my sales shopping. My feet have got a little sore and my soles and heels are noticeably drier. Since I’ll soon be banishing the boots for a little while, once the weather starts to get a bit better, I thought it was about time I dealt with my tired feet. Which is why I picked up the Soap & Glory Foot Buffer and Heel Genius.
I was immediately pulled towards the Soap & Glory stand in Boots. And one product stood out straight away. As the clue was basically in the name and it was Heel Genius.
I thought this would just be your traditional foot cream. But trust Soap & Glory to put an interesting spin on it. It’s like a gel and cream hybrid which was something I didn’t expect at all. The consistency immediately feels really soothing on the skin. As soon as you smell this it instantly reminds you of all your favourite Soap & Glory products. But in addition to this it has a lovely hint of mint which I really love.
I use Heel Genius on a weekly basis by applying a copious amount and then putting on a pair of cotton socks before going to sleep. When I wake up in the morning my feet feel softer than they ever have before.
Not only does it have a large rough side to it and an equally large smooth side, it also has a mini file hidden in the handle. I was thoroughly impressed when I found that. And as soon as I started using it I completely understood why many others had instantly loved it.
This really is the perfect duo for me when it comes to looking after your feet as well as giving them some pampering after a long day or week when your feet need a little rest and relaxation.
